Nightmare of plastic oceans will only get worse

King Charles has often spoken about the ‘nightmare’ of plastic waste polluting the world’s oceans, saying he fears it will get worse. As Prince Charles he delivered a speech at a meeting of environmentalists and business leaders  in London to discuss the issue .

The heir to the throne spoke of his ‘deep frustration’ at the world ignoring the problem and called on companies to make changes to cut their plastic waste.
